Eeron Talonmiespalvelu Oy provides more than quality real estate maintenance services. We also provide quarters for real estate owners and representatives to meet at. Our quarters are suitable for 35-40 people and we can also provide food and drinks for the meeting.

For individual customers and businesses

- small installations: changing light bulbs, helping with home appliances, install or remove
- tranporting (as an example) furniture to recycling center or landfill
- putting together furniture
- tax reductable cleaning services

We charge 38,80e / hour including the goods and services tax for mentioned services. You may ask for help in filling your tax reductions for using cleaning services provided by Eeron Talonmiespalvelu Oy.

Lost your keys?

We open the doors if you have lost your keys. You need to be able to prove your identity.

Costs
Day time during the week 08:00 - 15:30: 20 €
Evening time and night duringt he week 15:30 - 08:00: 50 €
Holidays during the week and weekends: 50 €

Prices include goods and services tax of 23 %.

Payment of the service with cash to the caretaker or in an emergency situation an additional billing fee of 10 €.
